Slack integration - add support for choosing existing release or commit from Resolve button

Problem Statement

In Sentry's full UI you can mark an issue as resolved immediately, in the current release, in the next release, in an existing release or in a specific commit:

The Slack integration's Resolve button only offers a subset of these options:

It'd be nice to use the existing release & specific commit options from within Slack (if that's technically doable).
