Fallback to JavaScript SDK if Native failed to initialize

As noticed on #91 the Native SDK failed to initialize on iOS, leaving the entire SDK unusable.

The feature idea is if the Native SDK failed to initialize by any reason, show an error log on the terminal and disable the Native Initialization in order to be able to send some events captured by the JavasScript layer.

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!

We should follow a similar solution to the one implemented on React Native:
getsentry/sentry-react-native#3099
