User story

As an API consumer I want to get details of a country so then I can display them in my application

Acceptance criteria

Anyone CAN have access to attributes
A country MUST include attributes:
- country name
- country ISO code
A country MUST have links to:
- users
- GeoKrety currently in country
The countries MUST be at least readable in an ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 format code of a country
