Describe the bug

Adding these settings in a block causes the block animation not to work and not show up.
- Motion Effects > Entrance Animation > Scale - 3
- Block Size & Spacing > Min. Height - any value

Issue on frontend

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add a Heading block
Add these settings:
- Motion Effects > Entrance Animation > Scale - 3
- Block Size & Spacing > Min. Height - any value
Save page and view frontend
See that the block is missing and the animations doesn't work

Expected behavior

When adding a Min. Height while Motion Effects > Entrance Animation > Scale is set to 3:
- Block animation should work as expected
- Block should not be invisible
