I'll have a look at this - the slow load could have been that the cache had expired when they accessed the page.
Difficult to know the "why" without more information though! If Galaxy itself was loading slowly (what I experienced when I just visited singlecell.usegalaxy.eu) that is nothing to do with the Lab webpage.

Interesting point about how it's slower to load Galaxy with the Galaxy Labs engine, so would be good to consider how to speed things up.
