3 key things atm (and probably also crediting to people involved!)

Tool metadata extractor
Subdomain central pages
Subdomain tool panels / resources to make it easy for server administrators to get the right tools for a given subdomain + have them organised in a reasonable fashion

If this is supposed to be a place that community members come to edit community data, can I suggest:

Move the current README to something like bin/README.md, since this will only confuse non-coding users
Update the README like @nomadscientist suggests (brief mention metadata extractor and link to above)
