fathom -validate provides useful output and should be added to the tool.

There's already a snap training tool in IUC: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/blob/master/tools/snap/snap_training.xml
It's old stuff I don't remember if it does the fathom thing, maybe it could be improved?
