dnsmasq is guarded by enforcing apparmor on some systems. Add a warning about it or add /var/lib/hostsblock/hosts.block r, in the apparmor profile of dnsmasq

I don't know much about apparmor, so a quick question: How are these profiles typically distributed? Are they typically handled by package managers, the apparmor package itself, or by upstream like me? If the lattermost, I'm curious to see if there is a distribution-agnostic means to provide this sort of exception (e.g. something like how systemd provides /usr/lib/systemd/system/ or /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/ for package-provided drop-in config files).
