Build broken

Hi, your build on docs.rs is broken. Do you still maintain this crate and mind fixing this?

Hey, thanks for reporting the problem.

I do intend to fix it. I also want to update the dependencies, as they're quite outdated. However, to update the tests I also need to update inline-python to pyo3 0.12. I ran into some issues with that though. Fixing those may take a little bit of time.

If it turns out to take too long, I'll see about doing the tests without inline-python. That would also need some time to rewrite the tests though.

The build for 0.3.0 succeeded. Many thanks to @omerbenamram with #2 for updating the crate to more recent versions of the pyo3 and numpy crates.

We still haven't updated past 0.12 because of the inline-python/pyo3 problem, but it's a step in the right direction.
