Suggestion from Hillary at CSJ.

Before adding this functionality, let's get validation from the D.A. or someone in the courthouse that:

this actually solves a pain point for the D.A./whomever, and
this wouldn't inadvertently cause problems for anyone's case (or for this whole endeavor).
