Worth having a changelog?

Was 0.2.4 suppose to get a tag on github? Easiest way is to use github to compare code between releases.

Nice work on the 0.2.4 release! I'll grab it from conda-forge nonetheless. Thanks!

Tag was made but not pushed :)

Changelog is a good idea in theory, but tends to be more or less the same as the set of merged PR title.
