Hi !
I have long read WGS data (20X depth- Nanopore) and wanted to look at the large deletions. I already know that my sample has a large deletion: chr13 p loss (detected from short read data).
However, when i ran Spectre I could not detect it, Could it be because it is copy number neutral?
Also, I have attached plot for chromosome 14, Is there a large deletion here?
