Unfortunately the application was suspended by Google because of impersonation policy.

I think that the app were reported for the icon and the name. I'm in contact with Google and Pi-hole's team. Here you can find the updates on the situation: https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/pi-hole-eupl-license-question/2915/9

Meanwhile you can always grab the latest APK from here https://github.com/friimaind/pi-hole-droid/releases/latest
