Missing hover states on buttons : fill , stroke , background

Sure, I also assume we need something to indicate (tooltip?) that you can change the color while hovering with:

• scroll = change hue
• scroll + shift = change value
• scroll + ctrl = change saturation
• click = open fill/stroke widget
