Fix issue where "query" field conflicts with $query operator

I was experiencing an issue similar to that reported here.

I was able to fix this problem by modifying line 26. I've got the change in branch I can push to the repo, or just make this change:

#Current (not working, at least for  mongo shell 2.6.12)
var size = queries.push({query:profileDoc.query, count:1, index:""});

#Change (works with mongo shell 2.6.12)
var size = queries.push({$query: {query:profileDoc.query, count:1, index:""}});
