This is broken because Limelight is broken and mounted poorly. Should theoretically just work™️ once we get Limelight fixed. Still creating an issue for it just in case something weird happens.

We should probably make the rotation direction of this auto dependent on which alliance we're on, since we know which side of the field the amp will be on for each alliance and can therefore make the bot only have to rotate 90 degrees to find it instead of 270.

We may close this as irrelevant if it turns out that the IMU-based method just works. We do still want to fix limelight, but using the IMU and our super-awesome swerve drivetrain over janky AprilTag based stuff seems better.
