Add “ICO” to the menu

• Please put this GIF image as a layer above that specific frame in the comic. The sword in this GIF has a 'blink' that gives users a hint that they should pay attention. Clicking the sword image will take the users to the ICO details page.

You can use the javascript library mathjax to get that formula to display correctly. (background of the formula doesn't have to be white (I just screen cut that from a latex pdf ;-) )

As there is a schedule and it should be made explicit. Probably people will think we messed up or something.
