Figure out why zlib linker flag isn't necessary in test suite anymore #300

Test "#214: Changing linker flags" seems to demonstrate that foreign imports of the zlib library no longer require the -lz linker flag. I'm going to disable the part of the test that fails if there's no exception when -lz isn't provided.
