The site is accessible with HTTPS and HTTP, but often loads with the latter. When enforcing HTTPS users who enter through the HTTP protocol will be instantly reconnected with the secured version of the website.

Any project maintainer/owner can resolve this by checking the box in the GH-Pages section of the repo settings as highlighted below.
