Broken vehicle steering

The jeeps that are driven by the player (prop_vehicle_jeep), their steering seems to be currently broken.
Whichever direction the player steers, the jeep keeps going in the same direction even if the player has let go of the directional key.

(example - if a player presses D, the jeep will keep steering to the right even if the player releases the D key)
