[feat] Update tab style from preferences

(1) Description

hi,
i wonder if it possible to add icons style tab bar, with possibility to change tab bar size, location, and background color,
It will work exactly like the current tabbar style (long bar with icon, window title and close window button) but only the style change, and this is some example, that suppose all window of the same workspace are grouped, just to be more precise, i made up some picture using krita (image editor).

also looks cool if possible to add auto hide option,
here is a picture with tabbar on left position, with a linear gradient balck color background from left to right, with autohide activated
