Summary

When I try to use the Dev Assistant Chat, for example, to explain the code to me, I get no response in the Chat.
The same applies to the other simple options.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. I open VsCode
  2. I connect my VSCode with WSL:Ubuntu
  3. I look for the directory where my Salesforce project is located
  4. I open an Apex file
  5. I click on the Dev Assistant icon
  6. At the Dev Assistant Chat prompt I put /explain

Expected result

It is expected that the explanation of the apex file opened in VsCode Editor will be displayed in the Chat

Actual result

Does nothing

Hi @NerioVillalobos, is this issue consistently reproducible for you, or does the /explain command work sometimes? Also, you said other simple options are giving you the same empty response. Could you elaborate on what those are? And finally, if you could send me your Salesforce CLI ID I can dig into this more. You can find your CLI ID by running the command sf telemetry.

as requested @smarvez

The other commands are: /test and /document They give me the same answer which is nothing

nervill@DESKTOP-L91RLI8:~/DevOps/telecom-fsl$ sf telemetry
Telemetry is enabled.
Telemetry tmp directory is /tmp/sf-telemetry.
Telemetry cache directory is /home/nervill/.cache/sf.

Salesforce CLI ID is 40c65f8d0231d727b74b1581bd122ee5e5122aee.

Thanks for your help!

Hello @NerioVillalobos - looking at our telemetry data for your CLI ID it appears as though all of the calls made with the /explain command during the past 10 days were successful and produced results. Could you follow the directions outlined in issue #95 to enable debug logging so that we can see any potential errors being captured there?
