Windows 7 Notifications Not Showing (Multi-Monitor)

Feed Notifier is an excellent program. Seriously, you guys should be proud of yourselves. What an awesome program. The customization is so unprecedented, I'm glad to be able to tell you all how happy I am to be using this program.

A very small issue, unfortunately, caused a big problem for me. I hope this can get fixed somehow so I can get back to enjoying this wonderful program.

In short:
-Windows 7
-Main Monitor 1 (Main Screen, Labelled "2" by Windows 7): 1080p
-Side Monitor 2 (Secondary Screen/Off 90% of the Time, Labelled "1" by Windows 7): 4K

Using Monitor 1 as usual, no issues, Feed Notifier running in notification bar, but zero notifications coming up. Decide to switch over to Monitor 2 for a bit (via WINDOWS KEY+P -> "Computer Only"), see multiple IMPORTANT notifications in the bottom-right corner that are very old, that I missed.

Would love to fix this so I can see notifications on my main monitor/screen again. Any help would be excellent.

Try quitting and restarting Feed Notifier? It's only able to detect the monitor configuration on startup.
