kubelet upstream connection error in version 3.0.7

Describe the bug
I tried 3.0.4, 3.0.5, 3.0.6, fluent bit all worked well. However 3.0.7 continue get this error

[error] [filter:kubernetes:kubernetes.0] kubelet upstream connection error
[error] [tls] error: unexpected EOF with reason: certificate verify failed
