One of our users reported us a battery consumption issue. The app they are developing performes a heavy amount of work on background and this could be a problem for FlowUp because the app will be alive much longer than the average app.

We should add a configuration flag to stop monitoring the app performance if the user became inactive for the last 10 minutes and the app is still in background.
