I'm deploying Flatcar on EC2 with terraform. When I (re-)deploy the instance, I get an error message:
I need to visit that page, accept the terms, wait 5 min and need to re-run terraform plan/apply.
This happens on first deploy into an AWS account and when I redeploy the instance after the latest version changes. I'm using the terraform code from the official docs (this doesn't include any comments about Terms/Subscription).
This renders the image usage impossible, especially since I need to accept those terms in every account. I can't imaging that is how the image is supposed to be used in production.
I read some comments, like this one that they couldn't reproduce the issue. I already talked to our governance guys, they're not aware of any policy, that could enforce this behavior.
Can anyone give a hint about how to handle this?
