How to turn off startup desktop notification

How can I turn off the following notification that appears every time I start-up the application?

I do not wish to turn off all desktop notification for Flameshot, but even unchecking the following box in options does not turn off this startup notification.

The only way I found that's working at the moment is to disable notifications completely from Windows for Flameshot which is not what I want.

I found the answer.

It's actually this box but the alt caption when you hover over it is misleading.
Could you please correct this?
I would also be great if this option would be automatically disabled upon installation after the message is shown on the first run.
