Link the Ultravox gradio app on readme for the ease of discovery

Context

There's currently a working Gradio demo of Ultravox Llama 3.1 8b available on Hugging Face Spaces, but it's not linked in your repository README. Adding this demo would provide significant value to the community of devs and users.
