Some HttpNotFoundException and HttpAccessDeniedException messages are not translated

Observed with webtrees 2.1.20

After webtrees was viewing a message, which was not tranlated (see screenshot), I searched the webtrees code for "throw new HttpNotFoundException" and "throw new HttpAccessDeniedException". The search result showed that some of the thrown messages are translated; others not.

Is there a reason, why certain messages are not translated? Or should it be changed?
