Send a user-visible warning when the auto-calculated a= value for the BCM="FRALE" is "bad." See #46

A preliminary solution is to send a warning if the r-squared value for the length-structure relationship used in the back-calculation technique is below 0.80 (only for those functions that use a linear model). This was implemented in v0.2.7.
