Wider width table option? Particularly for mapper portals. #314

I'm finding with mapper portals (particularly paired with 'dinv mapper portal use xxx', that I can't read the full commands for portals.
This is a small issue, an alias would take care of that... but, it led me to another recommendation:

Can I request a 'wide mode' alternative display option for client tables? I can't speak for every player, but I'm quite certain that the vast majority of players are on >80 chars. Maybe just offer a 120 char option to keep it simple?

I personally just hacked the table display for that particular table to make the command field 20 characters wider for my own purposes.
