dnf repoquery: error: unrecognized arguments: --providers-of=requires

I am getting the build failures with
this strange error. What does it mean?
I can't reproduce it locally.

Also there is some problem with debuginfo:
many errors like
cpio: src/libc/posix/unistd/chdir.o.c: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
I am not sure why it looks for .o.c
files instead of just .c?

I simply removed and recreated the package,
and it seems to work now. Not sure what
happened.
