My input in a team is often exploring ideas and challenging conventional approaches as well as being the "organiser" of the team. I occasionally take leadership when I feel particularly strong in the task at hand.

Steady - cooperative, relaxed, supportive

I value clear communication, honesty, empathy and openness

What people misunderstand about me:

When I choose not to talk it's not because I'm bored or ignoring people, I probably have thousand ideas going through my head that I'm really intensely thinking about.

How I like to get my feedback:

Clear and brutally honest if needed

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

I feel quite good at understanding and breaking down complex problems and translating that into code and exploring solutions, but I often struggle with correct syntax and remembering the technicalities.

Sailing, hiking, skateboarding, music, sociology and anything architecture/urbanism related
