Feature and Channel Windows get bigger when SDRangel is minimized then restored

When SDRangel's main window is minimized then restored, Feature and Channel Windows get higher by about 20 pixels. Seems to be a problem on both Linux and Windows.

To recreate:

• Create empty workspace with a Feature or Channel that has non-fixed window size. E.g. Satellite Tracker or DAB Demod.
• Note size of windows.
• Minimize then restore the Main Window
• Each time the windows will get a little higher.

Doesn't seem to be a problem with the Main Spectrum window.
