to check the linking of grants to MAG:

  • make a file similar to src/analysis/quality_current_links.Rmd or src/dataprep/main/reports/quality_linking.Rmd

we have actually managed to do a first version of this. Next we will link again and use a wider set of MAG authors following the discussion in issue #11.

@f-hafner has already implemented the "set" of institutions as a feature, instead of the unique first institution.

Next we should:

  • link with broader field definition

other important things I missed here?

we will have to collapse all the institutions of one grant into one and then transform it into a tuple when loading for linking. we can first do it on the fly and see if it is fast enough

also, we should clean the nsf institutions sooner or later
