Currently, if one wants to deploy an image, they need to create new exoframe.json with that image in there along with other params.
While that works, it might be more convenient to add exoframe-recipe-image that would allow running exoframe setup image that would setup image in interactive manner (most of time env and volumes are pretty much all that is needed).
