[Bug] Issues in the Approval Request Screen for the Employee

Issue:

As an employee user, I am unable to edit the approval request. When I try to edit the approval request, it shows “Edit Request Approval” with blank values.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as an employee.
2. Navigate to the Approval Request screen.
3. Try to edit an existing approval request.
4. Observe that the "Edit Request Approval" screen shows blank values.

Expected Condition:

The "Edit Request Approval" screen should display the current values and allow the employee to edit them.
