general build problem ?

I'm trying to build the RISC-V SOC as per the README instructions and having an issue.

When I issue the following cmd:

I'm trying to follow the README instruction precisely. Maybe I've overlooked something?

You are building bitstream for Digilent Nexys Video board.
If using a Digilent board, install Vivado Board Files for Digilent FPGA Boards.
