A lot of times when a github action jobs runs i get
Error: Internal Server Error

maybe its related to this warning
The following actions use a deprecated Node.js version and will be forced to run on node20: ethersphere/swarm-actions/upload-dir@latest. For more info: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-03-07-github-actions-all-actions-will-run-on-node20-instead-of-node16-by-default/

but sometimes ithe same action the same job doenst fail which is weird
