Translation leaderboard is out of date and contain several proofreaders

To reproduce

1. Go to 'https://ethereum.org/en/contributing/translation-program/acknowledgements/'
2. Scroll down to 'Translation Leaderboard'
3. Click on 'All-time View'
4. See error

Expected behavior

Let's update 'All-time View' leaderboard and exclude proofreaders from it (bayan-tech, FutureTrans01, ACO_GU, lucidtranslations).
This leaderboard is outdated because I have about 75000 translated words and this is a lot more than the last translator on that learedboard with 31000 words.
