Bug: When the chat is "always on screen", the ToC overlaps the content (by a couple of pixels)

Hello,

When the ToC is displayed together with the chat ("always on" feature), the tail of the content is overlapped by the ToC.

Use "resizable_bars" plugin, it puts TOC on the other side

I also face the problem: When I "chat and user always on screen" or "chat always on screen" is activated at the same time as ToC, the Chat overlaps ToC...

Hey guys, we're due to release 1.8.3 which will allow for changed css of the sidebars etc. cc @seballot

Hopefully should be released in a few days..
