OIP-27 Electric Thermostate #27
Comments
Maybe we get one without WLAN, but with the manually programmed timer function? |
Also an option - but I think it could make sense to make the office warm from the outside - like if you come in unscheduled on a weekend or a night. So you just need to trigger it when you leave home and it will be warm once you arrive. |
That makes sense to have |
Would like to push this again - often seen open windows and enabled heaters now - we should really not heat the outside and with the rising costs for heating these devices could even soon amortize for themselves |
Let me reach out to the real estate agency to see if they are fine with this |
I do not think they need to be involved here - this is an indestructive change - we just need to keep the old ones. |
Alright, how about giving it a try with a 5 pack from these ones to try it out only on one side of the office first: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08425MNSG/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_4kg.FbRKYSGGD?th=1 ? |
I think we should go with wifi ones - I think the one linked will not help as much |
The items of the first link you shared are not available anymore, do you maybe have alternatives? |

To prevent waste of energy on weekends but having a warm office on Monday Electric Thermostats could make sense.
Maybe even with app functionality so we can activate them from the outside before we come to the office to even save more energy.
e.g. this set of 4 Thermostats could do the trick:
