Give user link to profile after it is pushed

After pushing a profile up to GitHub, you still have to manually type in the URL.

Describe the solution you'd like

After pushing, in most cases it should be possible to translate the git URL into the right HTTPS link to view the profile.

E.g., given:

esmf-profiler -t /scratch1/NCEPDEV/stmp2/Rocky.Dunlap/FV3_RT/rt_143715/cpld_bmark_p7/traceout/ -o cpld_bmark_p7 -n cpld_bmark_p7 -p [email protected]:esmf-org/app-profiles.git

The link to generate is:

https://esmf-org.github.io/app-profiles/Rocky.Dunlap/cpld_bmark_p7/

Print this link right to standard out so the user can grab it.
