How to add a new custom panel into Grafana with prodiving documentations and tutorials

I've used Grafana panel plugin to build my own custom panel. I followed the steps defined in Build Panel Plugin in Grafana documentation. I use Docker to test the panel in Grafana. I don't use Github Actions for build process.

I want to extract the panel from the panel and insert it into my existing Grafana. How can I do that?

What I just want to ask is to learn how to add a new custom panel into Grafana with prodiving documentations and tutorials.
