📑 Feature Request: Automate models to "Ready" when all workflow runs are completed

Currently a contributor needs to change the Status of the model in the metadata.yml file to "Ready", either before opening a PR (when it actually is not ready) or after (many times forgetting it).
This status should be automatically changed to Ready once all the workflows are completed, not before. Once the status is changed the airtable should be updated, but there is no need to run again any of the other model test / docker upload etc workflows to save computational time probably.
