Implement tests as outlined here Help with Writing Tests - Foundation and community invite to help with 'do nothing' pass tests

Promote and/or insist on test driven design in all work the Foundation supports this discipline has many benefits for eg articulate business rule use cases, change detection to ensure thoughtful design and refactoring etc
Implement public access to all test results, logs and test coverage
full transparency so all share the onus to resource tests and test coverage where most needed
