Remotely triggered Erlang/OTP builds

Once initial implementation is merged, ask Erlang to trigger workflows when a new Erlang version is out.

It could look something like this: PR is a few months old so it's possible a better method exists already.

I plan to ask them, yeah. Otherwise I'd add a nightly job to poll.
