Ente auth continues running non-responsively after close

Description

I just installed version 4.1.0 and found that if I close Ente Auth it keeps running in the background. After trying to close I get a crash report in Windows Event Viewer:

When I try to re-open Ente Auth it doesn't run. Killing the process in task manager allows me to start it again.
