I had the same issue after upgrading to the latest version from the previous beta. I had to completely sign out and back in for the keys to be shown. Was very worried that all my totp codes were gone for a minute.

I just ran into this same issue after upgrading to 4.1.0 from the beta and on Win 11. Thankfully logging out and back in works around this.
