add more services/developers

@alxndrsn if all goes well, there will be the start of a proper, and easy-to-continuously-improve website for Enketo on the 2nd of January on enketo.org.

The site is reducing even further the visibility of the paid Enketo Express service (which will move to a different domain). It's really meant to document the open source Enketo project, and encourage collaboration. The current site isn't doing that very well at all.

We could also add a "future" or "ideas" page in which anybody could describe worthwhile enketo-based project ideas and solicit funding. E.g. for Enketo Collect.

I think this would be really useful. If this could also include things that you're currently working on or intend to add to Enketo soon that would be really helpful. These coupled with the changelog could provide a clear picture of progress and evolution of Enketo.
